Changing Email Password in Webmail

Log into Webmail:
- Access your Webmail login page.

Navigate to Password Settings:
- If you are using Roundcube:

- Select Webmail Home on the left sidebar.
- On the default Webmail page:
- Click on your email account in the upper-right corner, then select Password & Security.

Change Password:
- Enter a new password in the provided fields.
- Click Save to update your password.
Changing Email Password in cPanel

Log into cPanel:
- Go to your cPanel login page.

Navigate to Email Accounts:
- Under the Mail section, click on Email Accounts.

Manage Email Account:
- Locate the email account for which you want to change the password.
- On the right side of the email account, click MANAGE.

Update Password:
- Type in a new password for the email account.
- Type in a new password for the email account.

Save Changes:
- Click UPDATE EMAIL SETTINGS at the bottom to save your new password.
Alternative Method in cPanel (User Manager)

Log into cPanel:
- Access your cPanel login page.

Navigate to User Manager:
- Look for cPanel / Preferences / User Manager (exact path might vary depending on your cPanel version).

Find and Edit Email Account:
- Use the search field or filter options to locate the specific email address you want to modify.
- Click on the Edit link next to the email address.

Change Password:
- Enter a new password in the appropriate field.

Save Changes:
- Scroll down and click Save at the bottom to update the password.
