How to access your email account in cPanel

Accessing your email account in cPanel is simple and allows you to view and manage your emails anytime, whether through the web, an email client, or your mobile device. Here's how to do it.

Via Webmail

  1. To access your email account, open your browser and go to:

    https://webmail.yourdomain.com

Be sure to replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.

  2. Enter your full email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com) and the password you created when setting up your email account.

  3. Once logged in, you can read, organize, and send emails using the Webmail interface. You’ll be able to manage your inbox, reply to messages, or compose new ones.

Set up an Email Client

  1. If you want to set up your email account on an email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, or any other, go back to the “Email Accounts” section in cPanel. Find the email account you want to configure and click "Connect Devices".

  2. In this section, you can choose the email client you’re using (e.g., Outlook, Apple Mail). Select your client and follow the instructions to download and run the configuration script that will automatically set up your account.

  3. If your email client is not listed, you can manually configure the account using the configuration details provided by cPanel. These details include the incoming (IMAP or POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) server information, which you can find in the "Mail Client Manual Settings" section.

Set up on Mobile Devices

If you want to set up your email on your mobile device (iOS® or Android™), follow the specific instructions provided by cPanel for configuring email settings on your mobile device. These instructions include the correct IMAP/POP3 and SMTP settings, as well as other necessary details for configuring your mobile device.

Remember: Be sure to replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name when accessing Webmail or configuring your email client on any device.

This process will allow you to efficiently manage and access your emails from your browser, your preferred email client, or your mobile device.
