How to install and use AnyDesk for remote support
At Telecu Cloud, we often use remote access tools to assist you with troubleshooting your system. One of the most efficient and secure solutions we use is AnyDesk. This software allows us to remotely connect to your computer to diagnose and resolve any issues you may be facing.
Below are the steps to download, install, and use AnyDesk for Windows.

Download AnyDesk
- Visit the AnyDesk download page and click the “Download Now” button to begin the download.

Run AnyDesk
- Locate the downloaded file (typically in your “Downloads” folder).
- Double-click the "AnyDesk.exe" file to run the application. There's no need to install it – AnyDesk can be used directly.

Provide your AnyDesk ID
- Once AnyDesk opens, you will see your unique ID on the top side of the window.
- Share this ID with us so we can request access to your computer.
Grant access
- When we request access, you will be prompted to accept the connection.
- Click 🛡️Accept.
- Only grant access to trusted parties. Monitor the session as we assist you.
Important security tip
- Always be cautious when giving remote access to your computer. Only grant access to people you trust.
Once the session is complete, you can simply close the AnyDesk application.
