Steps to Configure CalDAV Synchronizer in Outlook
1. Download & Install the Extension

Download the Outlook CalDAV Synchronizer plugin from Caldavsynchronizer.

Install it on your computer.

Restart Outlook. After installation, you should see a CalDAV Synchronizer tab in Outlook’s ribbon (toolbar).
2. Open CalDAV Synchronizer in Outlook

In Outlook, click the CalDAV Synchronizer tab in the ribbon.

Click Synchronization Profiles to begin configuring a profile.
3. Add a New Profile

In the Synchronization Profiles dialog, click the green + (plus) button to add a new profile.

Select Generic CalDAV/CardDAV as the profile type, then click OK.
4. Pick the Outlook Calendar Folder

Enter a name for the profile (e.g. “Work Calendar”).

Click the “…” button next to the Outlook folder field to browse and choose where in Outlook the calendar should sync. For example, select the Calendar folder under your Outlook data file or your Exchange profile.

Click OK to confirm your folder selection.
5. Enter Server & Account Settings

Enter the DAV URL ( https://mail.yourdomain.com:2080/calendars/example@yourdomain.com/calendar/).

Enter your Username (your email address) and Password (the one used for Webmail).

Sometimes you may also be asked for your Email address again.

Click OK or Save to store the settings.
6. Final Check & Sync

After saving, the profile becomes active. The calendar should automatically sync every 30 minutes.

Go to the Calendar view in Outlook and confirm that your events have appeared.
