This guide explains how to configure your cPanel calendars (via CalDAV) and contacts (via CardDAV) on Apple devices: iPhone, iPad (iOS), and Mac (macOS). The instructions assume you already have your cPanel Webmail credentials and server settings (as provided in the Webmail → Calendars & Contacts Configuration interface).
iOS (iPhone / iPad)
1. Open Account Setup Screen

Go to Settings

Tap Mail

Tap Accounts

Tap Add Account

Tap Other
-
Under Calendars, tap Add CalDAV Account
Under Contacts, tap Add CardDAV Account
2. Enter Account Details

Server: https://mail.yourdomain.com:2080/calendars/example@yourdomain.com/calendar/
-
User Name: your full email / webmail username
-
Password: use the same password you use for Webmail
-
Description: something you’ll recognize (e.g. “Work Calendar”)
Then tap Next.
3. Finalize & Enable Sync

For CalDAV (Calendars): enable the Calendars toggle.

You will see a prompt about existing local calendars. You can choose Keep on My iPhone or Delete (if you want to replace).

Tap Save to finish.
macOS (Mac Computer)
1. Access Account Configuration

Open Launchpad, then open System Settings

Go to Internet Accounts

Click Add Other Account…

Choose CalDAV Account (for Calendar) or CardDAV Account (for Contacts)
2. Choose Setup Method & Enter Details

Select Advanced
-
Enter your Email Address and Password
-
Enter Server Address (e.g. https://mail.yourdomain.com)

Enter Server Path (for calendars, something like
/calendars/youremail@domain.com/calendar) -
Enter Port as
2080 -
Click Sign In
