How to configure autoresponders in Webmail?

When managing email accounts, it may be necessary to set up an automatic response. Follow these steps to configure it in webmail:

  1. Access your account's cPanel. You can do this from your web browser at:

    https://webmail.yourdomain.com

    Make sure to replace yourdomain.com with the actual name of your domain.


  2. In the Manage your inbox, locate and click on the "Autoresponders" option.


  3. Select "Add Autoresponder".


  4. Fill out the form with the following information:

    • Character Set: Select UTF-8 (default).
    • Interval: It is recommended to set this to 24 hours. If you want an automatic response every time you receive an email from the same sender, leave this field blank.
    • Email: Enter the email address for which you want to set up the autoresponder.
    • Subject: Specify the subject of the automatic message.
    • HTML: Check this box if your message includes HTML code.
    • Body: Write the text or content of the message.


  5. Once you have completed the information, click "Create/Modify". Your autoresponder will be successfully configured.
