Deleting emails from your account through cPanel is a straightforward process that allows you to optimize the storage space on your mail server and prevent it from reaching its limit. Before proceeding, we recommend carefully verifying that the emails selected for deletion are not essential. If you do not have an active backup service, the deleted emails will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

Access cPanel to manage your email account. Open your browser and go to:

In the Email section, locate and click on the «Email Disk Usage» option.

In the dropdown menu, select the user from whom you wish to delete emails, then choose the Manage tab.

Select the criteria for which emails will be deleted and then confirm deletion by clicking the «delete permanently» button.
Be careful when selecting the criteria, as this could delete significant emails, and if you do not have the proper backups, there will be no way to recover the deleted emails.
