1. Open the Outlook App
- Locate the Outlook app on your mobile device and open it.
- Select the "Add Account" option.
2. Enter Your Account Information
- Enter the email address you want to configure.
- Select "Continue".
3. Select the IMAP Protocol
- Choose the "IMAP" option.
4. Configure the Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)
Fill in the following fields:
Display Name (optional): A name to identify your email account. This will be visible to recipients.
Description (optional): A short description of the email account.
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Incoming Port: 993
Encryption: SSL
IMAP Username: The email account you are setting up.
IMAP Password: The password for the email account.
Make sure to replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.
5. Configure the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
Enter the following details:
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Port: 465
Encryption: SSL
IMAP Username: The email account you are setting up.

6. Complete the Setup
- Tap the "✔" button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- If you want to add more email accounts, select "Add". Otherwise, choose "Maybe later".
